We currently deliver to commercial and residential addresses within a 50-mile radius of our warehouse. Standard delivery occurs within 24-48 hours of order placement, excluding Sundays.

What is your policy on perishable food returns?
To ensure food safety, perishable items like dairy, meat, and frozen goods must be inspected upon delivery. Returns for these items are only accepted at the time of delivery if the product does not meet quality standards.
How do you ensure the freshness of frozen products during transit?
All frozen and chilled orders are transported in temperature-controlled refrigerated trucks to ensure the cold chain remains unbroken from our warehouse to your doorstep.
